I recently stayed at Dorsett in Labuan for a few days and I couldn't fault it. The staff, especially Rafina at the lobby bar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with big, bright bathrooms. The wifi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of Asian and western dishes. I enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and using the small gym. The lobby bar was a lovely place for drinks and snacks, and the fun pub had a fantastic resident girl band. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore everything within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with comfy bed and sofa. Good quality sleep. Suitable for work and relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff from front desk to room service and restaurant. No issues during check-out. Loved the place. The room was clean. Well-lit bathroom with ample mirrors. Stocked toiletries. Great swimming pool. "Living Room" restaurant with varied menu at reasonable prices. Friendly and efficient staff. Good central location. Wonderful sea view.

Our bed was not nicely done for 2 consecutive night. Had a burnt garlic bread when order was made for our midnight supper. Main door (side rubber) came off and sliding door not working properly.

One of the best hotel in town. Basically, Labuan has nothing much to offer beside cheap duty free liquor. Seafood in Labuan is not that fantastic. Car rental are cheap. Rent a MYVI for rm60 a day. Nothing to shop in Labuan except some sightseeing. Spend most of the time at Grand Dorsett. Nice environment and good food.

The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The general standard of the hotel lobby, resturant and executive lounge was to a high standard.

The Executive rooms on the 7th floor were not up to standard in comparison to the rest of the hotel and were dated. The facilities in the room were in need of modernisation.

During my stay at Dorsett Labuan, I was impressed by two standout features. the comfortable mattress provided a restful sleep, ensuring a rejuvenating experience. the room with a stunning harbour view provided a picturesque backdrop, enhancing the overall ambiance of the stay.

While my stay at Dorsett Labuan was generally pleasant, there was one minor inconvenience. The hotel's strict rules regarding the swimming pool attire were a hassle.

Like any typical hotel, charge gazillion different extra charges at the end of the stay.

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious food and drinks. the staff and facilities at this place made my trip extra special.

As per your ad there was supposed to be single and double deluxe rooms and I opted for double /twin room.As per the hotel there is no double deluxe instead there is suite room.I think I was cheated and I was given single deluxe room for two adult and one 4year old child.when I asked the reception is my room double deluxe they said yes then I asked then then what is difference between single and double deluxe room,she had no answer and said we have only single deluxe and suite room.what is this confusion.can you clarify.Please reply.
